Chris founded Milestones Financial Services with a clear vision: to help people gain financial clarity and take confident steps toward their goals. With over 16 years of experience, he specializes in retirement planning, investment strategy, and building long-term financial plans tailored to each client’s unique path.

A graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Finance and Management, Chris holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) designation and believes in practical, personalized financial planning. His client relationships are built on trust, ongoing communication, and a shared commitment to long-term success.

When he’s not helping clients navigate their financial futures, Chris enjoys photography, cooking, golfing, and fishing—especially on trips to Maine.

Juliet joined Milestones in 2016 and has become a central part of the planning team. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, she helps clients understand where they stand financially, where they want to go, and how to get there. Juliet specializes in comprehensive financial planning, advanced retirement strategies, and long-term care solutions.

She holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Towson University and maintains her Series 7, Series 66, insurance license, and LTC certification.

Juliet’s passion is turning financial goals into real, actionable strategies. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, staying active, spending time with her siblings, and hanging out with her cat, Kermit.

Grace keeps the Milestones team organized and clients supported behind the scenes. With a background in statistics from the University of Maryland, she brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to planning preparation and advisor support.

As a Series 7 licensed professional, Grace contributes to both administrative and analytical functions, ensuring each plan is clear, accurate, and aligned with the client’s goals. She is known for her quiet leadership, attention to detail, and ability to bring order to complex processes.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys photography—especially landscapes and architecture—as well as historical dramas and reading. Born in Ghana, she brings a global perspective and calm, client-first mindset to the team.

Rita is known for her curiosity, drive, and passion for learning. As an Internal Financial Analyst, she supports the team by preparing for client meetings, exploring financial strategies, and contributing key insights that strengthen each plan.

She holds a Master’s in Financial Economics and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Bowling Green State University. Licensed in Series 7, Series 66, and insurance, Rita brings academic depth and professional focus to her role. Inspired by her family’s small business roots, she believes good financial planning is essential for long-term success.

Outside of the office, Rita enjoys playing tennis, a sport she’s played since childhood. Originally from Ukraine, she brings fresh perspective and dedication to every client interaction.
